She was born Beyonce Giselle Knowles on September 4, 1981 in Houston, TX, USA. She is American actress, singer, songwriter, record producer, designer, business woman , and basically shes's done almost everything. Growing up she was always always been very attracted to music, singing and dancing, putting on small performances for her family and friends, and participating in her schools dance programs. She first rose to fame when she became the lead singer for the hit girl group Destiny's Child in the late 1990's. They later on became one of the most successful girl groups in history! In 2001 one Beyonce made her acting debut in the musical film Carmen: A Hip Hopera from there she began getting bigger roles. On April 4th 2008 she got married to rapper Jay-Z. To this day she has released 4 studio albums with the latest one named "4". She also just released "Beyone: Live at Roseland: Elememnts of 4" which displays her concert at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City which sold out in a matter of minutes after becoming available. She is an amazing female powerhouse and the best is yet to come.
