Are you ready for tomorrow?

Tomorrow is finally Thanksgiving and most American  families are preparing for the feast to come! But do you know why we celebrate Thanksgiving?  Most people think it's when pilgrims arrived to Plymouth Rock in southeastern Massachusetts on December 1620. The pilgrims fled from England because they were forced to follow their leaders religious beliefes and following their own was illegal and could result in incarceration, so they seeked religious freedom  and thus boarded the Mayflower. The local natives reacted with hostility and forced the pilgrims further along the coast to Cape Cod where they were greeted warmly. The Wampanoag s taught them to plant vegetables, and to hunt. The following year the pilgrims had a succesful harvest so they invited the Wampanoag people and  celebrated thankful for their success, their freedom and their new friendship. The first Thanksgiving is thought to have lasted 3 days as the natives had provided a large quantity of food as well. Another belief as to where Thanksgiving originated is when the Spanish explorer Pedro Menendez de Avilas arrived to what is now Saint Augustine,Florida. After a thanksgiving mass for their safe arrival he invited the Timucua Indians to a celebratory meal. This was the first recorded meal made speciffically for thanksgiving. Beyonce Live at Roseland: Elements of 4 live stream recap

So as im sure every Beyonce fan knew about the Beyonce Live at Roseland: Elements of 4 Live Stream today (Nov.20) at 2pm PST via vevo.com. But in case you missed i, IT WAS AMAZING. The talented 30 year old artist from Houston, TX. can really put on a show even with no costume changes. The entire stream was around 90 minutes as the artist tells us about her back-story singing a few #1 hits along the way starting from her childhood to Destiny's Child and finally her solo career and the final stop was a performance of the hit album "4". As you know she performed this album at the Roseland Ballroom for 4 nights, with 4 outfits (one for each night) and rocked one stage. Ticket sold out minutes after becoming available to the public.. The album its self is an amazing piece of work in my opinion. Yes, its not as popular as her :ast album I am...Sasha Fierce but at least it was the #1 album on the Billboard charts for 2 weeks which is still good considering the album was leaked a week before it was set to debut.. I bought my copy did you? Ignorance is Bliss

People everywhere have nearly always said "Ignorance is bliss" or at least has believed in the idea, and in some case I can agree with it. There are some moments where you just wish you would of never found out the truth and lived blissfully ignorant or would of liked believing what you believed instead of knowing the truth because the truth could of been hurtful. I would like to add an example of mine where i would of preferred being ignorant to a problem rather than knowing the truth. It was recently found that I have High Blood Pressure and at first i thought nothing of it. I simple thought my pulse was higher than normal and there was no consequences and everything would remain normal. But as I did research I found out I had double the chances of a heart attack, stroke, heart disease, heart and kidney failure and many other cardio-vascular diseases which at first devastated me. I felt i would fall into depression because in my head I knew i couldn't live a normal life. There are many other examples of ignorance being bliss. I don't think anything is cuter than a young child's innocence. In fact they might be the reason this whole saying came to be. I bet many of you have sat down with a young child and heard their long stories of how they think things happen and can't help but smile at some of the things they say. They are so blissfully unaware of reality, and none of us have the heart to crush their beliefs so we let them believe that Santa Claus brings gift and a white stork brings babies home. I will not argue that, for in my opinion ignorance in children is bliss. Children are all about learning and with time they will be less and less ignorant, well in most cases.

Girls are so easy to judge without knowing what caused to be "different" or at least not what they consider normal, they are ignorant

Ignorance is Blissfully wrong

In my opinion ignorance is bliss only in young children but as a teenager or adult Ignorance can be much more harmful and violent. A lot of times people fear what they do not understand. Some examples would be if people see a young single mother walking down with a small child people judge her without knowing what really happened. She could have been raped, or her boyfriend might of been sexually abusive and left her when she was pregnant. We are so quick to judge when we are completely and utterly ignorant to the situation. Another example especially in teenagers is when a kid at school is gay most of the time that boy or girl can be harrassed, picked on beat up or in bad cases be beat severely or even worse killed. This usually happens because the kids are so accustom to certain kinds of people that when some one who is different pops in they can have a mixture of reactions such as curiosity, excitement to anger and hostility. Most of these feelings come from not knowing, from not understanding, from ignorance. In these cases ignorance has harmful effects and people can wind up hurt. It is extremely saddening when i turn on the t.v and hear of another person being murdered or beat just for being gay,lesbian, or transgender or when i hear of young girls needing help because kids at school call her names for having a baby at a young age and so many other reasons that could be avoided by educating ourselves. Knowledge is power. Next time you come across a person or are in a situation you don't understand ask questions try to understand, or go home and do some research over why certain people may be the way they are or why certain things happen. The answers may surprise you. The more people know about each other the better place the world can be.

Easy Make up tips for the woman on the go.

Now i know many woman now and days are very busy and don't really have time to spend doing their make up but with these simple steps you can be ready and looking beautiful within just 5-8 minutes.  

 Step 1: Apply tinted moisturizer
Applying tinted moisturizer can save you time by combining a moisturizer, foundation and sometimes SPF, which saves you plenty of time.

Step 2: Line the eyes 
Grab your favorite eye liner (liquid, gel, or pencil) and gently apply it as close to the lash line as possible. To elongate the eyes you can only line the outer two-thirds of the eyes and gently winging out about a quarter of an inch.

Step 3: Apply mascara 
But before applying mascara i recommend curling your eye lashes first. Carefully hold the brush as close to the lash root as possible and swoosh up. Wait a few seconds before applying another coat.

Step 4: Apply blush and/or bronzer 
Apply the blush on the apple of the cheek and along the cheek bone, then apply the bronzer right underneath the cheek bone this elongates a round face and gives your cheekbones a real pop.

Step 5: Apply lip gloss 
Apply lip gloss liberally or if you have thin lips only apply it on the cupids bow (small arch on top lip) and the center of your lips to give a more voluminous appearance. If your feeling daring try on classic red lips!
